EXCEL PURE forms inorganic super-hydrophilic film on the surface of base material. It turns rainfalls into water membrane and suppress defuse reflection of light. And also, it makes water flow into the gap between surface of base material and dirt. Thus, it exert Self Cleaning effect and make dirt flows down with water easily.
